Edw.trd Gillett Bickerton, embezzlement at Camara, Martin Birch, tw.,> charges of cattle stealing, and two charges of sheep stealing at Qaeenstown. Stephen Toomey, alias M'Cortliy, stealing from the person at Donedin. ox Bon,. Richard Nelmes, cattle stealing at Palmerston. Henry Francis, same. Thomas Downey, stealing a watch and chain at Bendigo. John Thomas, assault; at Dunedin.
