THE CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
The fallowing is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, to be held on Monday next before his Honor Mr Justice Williams, together with the charges for which they are to ne tried ; James Prescott, rape at Kaitorai, Arthur Robert Moule, aiding to commit a forgery at Dunedin. Charles Coleman, horse stealing at Dunedin, John Mason, stealing from a dwelling at Dunedin. Edw.trd Gillett Bickerton, embezzlement at Camara, Martin Birch, tw.,> charges of cattle stealing, and two charges of sheep stealing at Qaeenstown. Stephen Toomey, alias M'Cortliy, stealing from the person at Donedin. ox Bon,. Richard Nelmes, cattle stealing at Palmerston. Henry Francis, same. Thomas Downey, stealing a watch and chain at Bendigo. John Thomas, assault; at Dunedin.
