To stand over till next bankruptcy day, when the CAM will be struck out of the list if bankrupt docs not appear. —i?e Edward Th(W. King and Richard Stratford. JS'o appearance of batik* rupts. To stand over, -fie Peter Young, The trustee reported favorably, and said he believed the bankrupt's statement that Tan had beon unable to obtain employment through illness was correct. Discharge granted.--.ffe Charles Bagging. This mattei had been before the Court since November 11, having been adjourned from time to time. The trustee stated that bankrupt had not attended on him for the purpose of being examined. —Mr E. Cook stated that bankrupt, was a journeyman baker, stopping at Christchurch.—The case was struck out of the list. .Refund of costs.—Mr E. Cook moved in re Stohr's estate for costs on M'Ghee's application for proof of debt which had been withdrawn. —Mr Haggitt opposed and Eointed out that M'Ghee, on withdrawing is application, had stated his intention of preferring another claim, but had been preclude I from so doing by bankrupt's conduct. -The application was disallowed. —lt was agreed that a similar application on behalf of Mr Stamper should stand over.
