MAIL NEWS.
Count Andrassy haa arrived at Berlin for the purpose of conferring with Prince Bismarck and Prince Gortschakoff on the Eastern question. The Czar has also started for Berlin. The Berlin conference has terminated. The views of Russia were embodied in a memorandum read on the 13th by Prince Gortschakoff to the English, French, and Italian embassies, who referred the matter Home.
Offenbach is visiting New York, and has been serenaded with his own music.
President Grant has been very ill. The 'New York Herald' says that he favors Conkling as his successor. An expedition has been despatched against the Sioux Indians.
