The tug anchored Inside the Heads with the intention of bringing one of the ships up early this morning. This, however, she wdb unable to do, owing to a strong northerly gale which set in during the night, and blew with increasing force until this forenoon. TheGeelong returned to port this morning with loss of anchor, but Bhould the weather moderate sufficiently she will again proceed outside to tender her services to the Home ships.
