RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Friday, June 12. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq., R.M.)
Judgment went' for plaintiffs by default iff the following cases:—Goldammer v. Adams, claiin L2 10s 6d, on a judgment summons; Friqdlich v. Taggart, tl 19s 3d (ss'6d for spirits being deducted), for goods supplied: Frederickson v. Camming,—Claim 11 s, for rent in lieu of a week’s notice. .In .this adjourned case further evidence was given, and his Worship gave judgment for defendant 0. H. Boyd v. Evans.—Claim L 6 4s lOd, balance due on goods supplied.- Plaintiff sued as trustee in the estate of one Monson, a bankrupt. Mr Stout appeared for plaintiff; Mi A. Bathgate for defendant.—After a considerable amount of evidence had been given his Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for L 4, with costs.
Boyd and Thorley v. Maddett.— Claim for goods supplied in thu estate of Monson, a bankrupt. Mr Stout appeared for plaintiff ; Mr E. R. Chapman (for Mr E. Strode) for defendant.
