' Their Worships took -their seats on the Benchat a quarter-past 11. Drunkenness. — Williain Johnson \yaa fined 10s, in default 48 hours’ iinprisonmeht. Stone-throwing. —Williain Findlay and John Fraser, two little boys, yxte charged with throwing stones in Frederica street oh March 20 to the danger of persons and property. Mr Cook defended.—The evidence showed that two ladsnamed Thomson (sons of the complainant) had.thrown stones at the accused m the Botanical Gardens, and the accused returned the volley in the street, when they were caught by Mrs Thomson---The Bench dismissed the accused with a strong caution. Stone-throwing was becoming an intolerable nuisance, and boys running about the streets and throwing stones on Sundays must be stopped at all hazards.
