Judgment went for plaintiffs by default in the following cases :—Stamper y. James Patrick, claim on a promissory note; Wilkinson v. Watson, L 37, on a dishonored cheque; Neill and Boyd v. C. J. Hubbard, LlO 7s, cash lent; Findlay and Co. v. Fitzgerald, L4B 4s 7d, for goods supplied. James Sims v. North-east Valley Road Board. Claim, L 9 6s, for road-making done, Mr Joyce appeared for plaintiff; Mr Stout for defendant.—After evidence had been given, plaintiff was nonsuited, with costs.
