Judgment was given for plaintiffs by default in the following cases : Nashelski v. Hendei’son, claim Ll3 14s for dishonored acceptance; H. Scott v. Mackenzie, L 36 11s 6d, for carriage hire ; Same v. J. J. Atkinson, L 3 19s 6a, for hire; Same v. W, Gordon, L3l 5s ; M. Joel v. Watts, application for a judgment summons.
Tynan v. Paisley.-Claim L 22 10s, for value of a stack of oats sold by plaintiff to defendant. Mr E. C. Strode appeared for plaintiff, Mr A. Bathgate for defendant.— After evidence had been given by plaintiff and one witness the case was adjourned to the 3rd prox.
