Frederick Fitzgerald v. Anne Diamond.— Claim Ll3B 3s 6d, on the following items .‘—Plane, Ac., of a building, L 1 0; twenty-seven weeks’ labor, from July 16, 1875, to February 5, 1876, at 14 4s per week, LI 13 8s; superintending and directing works, L 5; sundries, L 9 15s 6d. Mr Bathgate appeared for plaintiff, Mr Aldridge for defendant. A setoff for LB9 4s 9d, for board and lodging and cash lent, was put in, and not indebted was pleaded as to the remainder.
