Drunkenness. - Hugh Johnstone was fined L2, in default seven days’ imprison ment.
The Turnpike Ordinance,— Henry Jones, cabman, was charged by William O’Connell,

Evidence wfcs given that neither defendant nor his cab was out after 9 p,in. on the 29th. There was a second charge of assault Mr M’Keay defended in both cases. The charges were dismissed, the Bench allowing costs (L2 13s) in the first case. °
Obscene Language, Cornelius Driscoll, for using obscene language in a right-of-way off Cumberland-street, was fined 20s and costs, in default hvo days* imprisonment.
