Drunkenness.— Mary Campbell, Francis Walsh, Francis Nelson, and John Boishart, who had been locked up since Saturday night, after receiving a severe reprimand, were discharged; James B. Miller, whose conduct had been more disorderly, was lined 6s, with the usual alternative; and Wm. Bradney, who was found lying drunk in a very dangerous place on the old jetty by Constable Livingstone at midnight on Saturl day, was ordered to pay a penalty of 10s, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment.
