Stealing Manure.— Ah Sow was charged by John Grant with stealing a quantity of manure, of the value of ss, his property.Prosecutor said that, shortly after eight o’clock this morning, he observed prisoner, with a cart-load of manure, going out of his yard. He positively refused to leave the stuff, and witness sent for the police.— Witness did not wish to press the charge.— Accused was discharged with a caution. Vagrancy.- Janet Ferrier was sent to gaol for seven days for this offence.
