Permit me, through your columns, to call attention of the City Council to the Jaot that there is not such a thing as a street lamp in York place, between Smith and Albert streets. Cr. Leary might take notice b£ this, for I understand as a rule he is very Attentive to the wants of the Ward which has placed him in the Council.—l am, &c., C. C. Dunedin, April 24.
