THE SCHOOLMASTERS’ ASSOCIATION.
The monthly meeting of the above association was held at the Normal School this morning; present —Mr Q, Montgomery (president). Fitsgerald, Park, Milne, M*Kay, G. Eeid, Neish, White, jtfalsille, Sutherland, Ferguson, Gngor, and Stott. A discussion took place on a letter reqeffed from the Christchurch Certificated Toacherß’AßSOClaturn. • ’■ •' • Mr Dalrymple’s proposition with regard to. the establishment of savings banks in schools was also considered, and the meeting adjourned.
