The half-yearly meeting i»f the Club-room last night, was well attended. Mr MTutosh presiding. The auditor's. fepbrt showed that the debt had been reduced in lour mouths from L 270 to L 12 0; and if the available assets were realised, there would balance-dn tire Chib's favor of LIOO. There was a good deal of discussion in reference to the Clttb*6new building, the seheme for building which met with general approval. The election of officebearers resulted; as followST— President, W. B. M'lutosh j treasurer, H. Sheers • committee, Messrs Gale, Brockhos, MJDean, Mercer, and Foreman; auditors, Messrs Morrihh and Eglin. Votes of thanks were awarded tOjthe retiring officers, to the secretary (Mr Dedtvjoi), and to Mr and Mrs Scott brought tab' procobdujgs to a close. '
