Pollock, L 23 15s; John A. M tchell, Ll9. The protest of Willjam Wiseman, jockey of Borneo, against Banjo, for crossing in the Consolation Handicap race, was disallowed. Tail mil, belonging to Mr E. Baines, which met with a serious injury on the course on Friday last, had to be shot. , There was no hope of her recovery, as her hock was fatally sprained, if not broken.

The following nominations have been received for the Tokomairiro races, to be ran on the 4th and Bth of next month;—
