The principal business transacted was the reference to the Crane Committee for settlement of the dispute with Chalker’s sureties in regard to making good the damage to the crane while under his charge ; the acceptance of Sutherland and Co.’s tender of L2OB 7 s Id for the erection of dolphins, and Ihe postpouementof action upon the memorial of the fishermen for increased accommodation, the inspector having reported that under existing circumstances their accommodation at the wharf should not be extended, because it was already an intolerable nuisance.
