Cr. Isaac will move a resolution affirming the desirability of the Council accepting the offer of MrJ. T. Chaplin, relative to the removal of the manure dep6t to his laud. We understand that Mr Chaplin has offered, for terms yet to-be agreed upon, a piece of laud at Anderson's-Bay, opposite the Bay Horse Hotel, for deodorising purposes.
