There are only three notices on the Order Paper for Tuesday, when Cr Brown will move that upper Duncan street, between Arthur street and York place and William street, from High street to Ser pentine avenue, should be formed to their permanent levels,-and be berbed, channelled, and metalled. Cr. Isaac will move a resolution affirming the desirability of the Council accepting the offer of MrJ. T. Chaplin, relative to the removal of the manure dep6t to his laud. We understand that Mr Chaplin has offered, for terms yet to-be agreed upon, a piece of laud at Anderson's-Bay, opposite the Bay Horse Hotel, for deodorising purposes.
