DISTRICT PRIZE-FIRING.
Second Set. *
The firing in the second set was commenced this morning by the town companies who competed at the Anderson's Bay taiige. The weather was splendid for shooting.: In this set sixteen prizes of the value of L 37 are offered, viz., one of L 6, one of L 5, three of L 3 each, four of L2 each, four of Li 10s each, and three of LI. The ranges are'2oo, 400, and 600 yards, seven shots at each. The firing will be continued, on Wednesday. Fifty-one men competed, the principal scores being— ,
