Hum* phries, Esq , .bv . the ! staff of the ‘Ot*go Daily Times,’ March, 4. 1876.” Mr W. D. - Mnrisou- occnpi d the chair, and in making the presentation sad that Mr eahadD-'enconnected with the literary department, of the paper, for upwards of two yeus, during whin time he Kid performed his duties to the entire of his em ployers. Mr. Humphr es was now going to another part of the Province, and he would tek® with h'.m the best and most cordial wishes tor his aucce s and well-being from with Whom he bad'b-en asßoci.t-d. In reply, Mr Humphries he would be brief but sincere.
