Fraser.—ln this case bis Worship gave judgment for p’aintiff for L 5 and costs. Oliver and Oph v. Anthony.—His Worship declined to change the venue in this cise to Wellington. Marshall and Co. v. M'Laren (Queenstown), —Claim; L 33, for beersupplied. Mr Aldridge ap; eared for the plaintiff; Mr F. R Chapman for defendant. Judgment was reserved, [Left sitting.]
