To the Editor. Sra,—!n rep!y to “Neglect’s” letter in last evening's I beg to state that the authorities of the Mam South Road, in this instance, are not,to, blame. If other than the authorit£s piace an obstruction on the road they must abide tbe consequences, and had “Neglect” made any inquiry into the matter, he would have ioimd who was in fault in, this case. -I ftlßy &C« y
