CRICKET.
The return match between the Albion and Tokomairiro Cricket Clnbs was played on the- Oval to-day. The visitors arrived by the eleven cA’lock train, and no_ time was lost in commencing play. Mr Dixon, the Tokomairiro captain, winning the toss, elected to take the field; and by 1.45 succeeded In disposing of the Albions for 55, J. Goudie with 14, and Grater with 13, being the only ones who got into double figures. At two o’clock, when on adjournment was made for lunch, Tokomairiro had lost two wickets for 7 inns. Mr Stokes umpired for the Albions and Mr Clcrerdon for Tokomairiro.
