THE INTERCOLONIAL CABLE.
We are indebted to the telegraph authorities here for the information that the-steamer Edinburgh, engaged in laying the Australian Cable, arrived off the landing-place near Nelson at' 3,45 p.m. to-day. It is anticipated that communication with the Australian Colonies and England will be established early to-morrow.
