The amount of revenue received at the Customhouse on goods cleared for consumption this day was f.982 3s 2d. For month, L 27.785 5s Id; gold for do, L 1,697 4s 3d. . M’Landeess, Hepburn, and Co. report selling on Saturday a portion of Mr A. J. Grant’s Township of Murchisor, immediately adjoining the Blnesktn Statiqn of the Dunedin and Moeraki Railway, and sub-divided into 45 sections of Jto J of an acre each. The sale created much interest in the neighborhood, and the whole of the sections were placed at pi ices running from Lls up to L 65 per section, and yielding an average of about L 24 per section.
