Geahamstown, January 21. Three more cases of scarlet fever are leported. Oneii said to be a very bad case.
Wellington, January 20. Telegraphic communication with the North via Napier, has been suspended all day on account of a flood in the river near Castle Point. One wire only is now working, and that very badly.
