HARBOR BOARD.

The monthly meeting of the Board was held to-day. Present—The Superiaiendent (in the chair), Messrs Davie, Tewsley, ‘U'Kinnou, Reeves, Turnbull, M‘N«ill, and Reid. The replied that they were at present in the hands of the Board’s solicitor. Mr Turnbull’s motion, “ That if a quorum is not present within fifteen minutes of the hour ;at 'which, the meeting is called for, the meeting be adjourned to the same day and oour °n the following week ” was carried The Board then inspected Mr Jenkins’s patent of a tidal incline and elevated hopper for reclamation purposes.
