_ By the heavy r.b.s last night the railway lino w.w d..nuged near Stirling Station to the extent "f a few chains of the road, which were covered with water. The engine, in prospecting this morning, went off the lice, but a large number of hands were at oi;cc tngrged. the engine was got on the tine in tho afternoon, and traffic resumed immediately thereafter.
