Tuesday, December 21. (Before T. A. Mnnsford, Ksp, R.M.) Disobedience. - William Black, charged with disobedience of lawful commands on board the ship May Queen, was dit-charged.
CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following cases : Corporation v. Sheehan, claim of 15s for rent; Dodson v. Dunn, claim °f f L 3 15 i 6d for board and lodging. ihornton v. Elder, Becretaty to Port Chalmers Grammar School.—Claim L2 10a, for labor in cleaning out the new school 1 1 os was paid into Court. After hearing the evidence lus Worship adjourned the case until the 4oh of January, in older to allow the defendant to bring witnesses to prove the amount of labor done
