Tuesday, December 21, (Before E. ff. Ward, Esq., and J. 8. Hickson, E >q., J.LVb, 3 Drunkenness. —Mary Anne Harris was n ed 20a, in default three days’ imprisonment, and for being an habitual drunkard she was sentenc d to three months' imprisonment. Vagrancy. —Edward Baker, charged with having no lawful means of support, was sent to gaol for two months.
Charles B, Cooper was charged ob^aiQxn f>> b - v means of a valueless cheque, L 3 10s on the llth inst., with intent to cheat and defraud John Paterson, of George streit. On prisoner a application the charge was remanded for three days.
