PORT CHALMERS GRAMMAR SCHOOL.

Ihe annual examination of the scholars of the Port Chalmers Grammar school terminated on Friday afternoon, the several classes naviug already pa-sed through a search ng examination in their various studies. The Kev. Messrs Finlay son and Johnson assisted the rector (Mr Mackay. M. A.), the former gentlemen taking the liatm classes, aud expressiug their unqualified satisfaction at the results obtained, They parsed through the several class-rooms, and were gre-itly struck by the regress attained by the pupils.
