Judgment for plaintiffs by default.—Same y. Wm. Mackenzie, Ll7los, for rent. Judgment for plaintiffs. Scoble v. Unkett—Claim LI. for rent of a shop. Judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with cosls. Finch v. Feethara. -Claim L 26 9s Id, for dishonored promissory note. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with costs. lie John jM'Kwdy,—A slaughtering license was granted to this applicant, at Anderson’s Bay. Re Sing Fat and Ah Sing.—Hawker’s licenses were granted to both applicants. Macandrew v. Findlay and Co.T-Claim, LIOO, for rent for a portion of the reclaimed ground near Stuart street, used by defendants for storing timber on. Mr Han is (for Mr Stout) appeared ou behaff of plaintiff, who sued as representing the Provincial Government. Uefenoauts did not appear, and judgment was given for plaintiff by default. Judgment went for plaintiffs by default in the following cases:—J. Wilson and (Jo. v. George Townsend, claim L 74 17s (id, for ale supplied and dishonored acceptance ; Same v. Wiluain Watts (Stirling), i 47s 01, for ale supplied ; Mackerras v. Dickie, L 8 7?, for goods supplied. Loft sitting.]
