Bluff, December 10. The following item of news were brought by the Taiaroa, from Hobart Town:— AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melbourne, November 30. A man named Patrick M‘Mahon stabbed his wife and a solicitor named Boag. The former is not expected to live. M’Mahon stated that he intended to murder both for consorting together. Sydney, November 30. The estimates are to be laid on the tabh to-morrow, and the financial statement next week.
