Wednesday, November 24. (Before V. Pyke, Esq., J.P.) Drunkenness.— John Craig was fined’23 Gd, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment; Charles Wilson and Antonio Perry were each fined ss; John M'Luskey, 20s, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. M‘Lu*key was further charged with being an habitual drunkard, having been thrice convicted of drunkenness during the preceding twelve months, and was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, with hard labor.
