It appeared that petitioner’s wife had been absent from his ho me at Oamaru about a year, though repeatedly pressed by him to return to it; and it. also appeared that the last time she return d to hi s home she was in the fam.ly way :.o one James Campbell, and was subsequent : y confined, tit the Dunedin Hospital, after living with him about a fortnight and three days before she le ft him the last time. The Court granted a decree nisi in favor of peti tinner, and ordered that a decree absolute could be applied for in t'e ree months’ time, instead of six mouths. »
