[By Telegraph. 1 'eleington, November 13. Divorce and Matrimoisilal Causes. —ln the case of Kobe t IU-dr veisio.s Margaret Blair, of Otago, Mr Stour appeared! for petitioner, Kobt. Blair. 'The rvidcur.e of the case, which had been taken before a Commission ordered by Judge Williams, was read by Mr Stout, who also examined petitioner as to the principal facta of the ease. Their Honors cross-examined Blair ?t considerable ler.gth with regard to his domestic relations with Margaret Bair. It appeared that petitioner’s wife had been absent from his ho me at Oamaru about a year, though repeatedly pressed by him to return to it; and it. also appeared that the last time she return d to hi s home she was in the fam.ly way :.o one James Campbell, and was subsequent : y confined, tit the Dunedin Hospital, after living with him about a fortnight and three days before she le ft him the last time. The Court granted a decree nisi in favor of peti tinner, and ordered that a decree absolute could be applied for in t'e ree months’ time, instead of six mouths. »
