HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS.

The opening sportß of the Dunedin High School Athletic Clubweie held on the Nfcrth Dunedin .Recreation Ground this afternoon. The sportß commenced at about 1.30 p.m., at which hour there could not have been more than a hundred persons present. Mr Kiikcaldy acted as handicapper and smarter, and Mr Kohn o.s. time-keeper. The trophies principally consisted of silver cms and medals. At four o'clock there were about 800 persons present. The following are the lvbult* of the various events:— i
