Sections at Peru Hill were sold at from Ll4O to LIBO, and the A’bert strset property together with a six-roomed house erented there' u fetched L 765. The following property was passed in :—A section at Roslyn, with a six-roomed house, &c., at L 990 ; the Royal Hotel, Port Chalmers, at L 3,150; and a couple of sections in Duncan sv.ieet, at, L 1,820. Property still commands as high a price as ever.
