CITY POLICE COURT.
Tuesday, October 26. (Before H. S. Fish, Esq., and T, Birch, Esq., J.P.’s.) Drunkenness. —Thomas Jones and James Henderson were eich fined ss, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment; William Wilson, not appearing had Lis bail, 40s, forfeited. Disorderly Conduct. —Henry Hyams, a young man, was charged with disorderly conduct iu the Arcade. Prisoner, with a numoer of others, attended the Arcade concert last evening, and behaved in a rather disorderly manner. Prisoner’s conduct was not worse than that of his associates. He was discharged with a caution. —Duncan Muirhcad, cabman, for being guilty of disorderly conduct in Princes street on the night of the 24th inst, was fined 20s, in default, forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. Yagkanct.— James Allen was charged on remand with vagrancy. Prisoner was before the Court on tho previous day, but as his behaviour appeared somewhat eccentric he was remanded lor medical examination.—lnspector Mallard now stated that he had a conversation with prisoner, and that he spoke quite rationally.—He was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment, with hard labor.
