In this day’s editorial in the ‘ Otago Daily Times ’ it is stated how they have prophesied, &c, I would remind the editor of the ‘Otago Daily Times’ how he prophesied some years ago when he stated that the House would nut pass Vogel’s great borrowing scheme ; and after itwas passed the ‘Da lv Times’ again prophesied that it would be a dea l letter, t eciuse they could not get the money in England, &c.
