Hay) for a three years’ t nancy of certain premises in the Octagon, for which a rent receipt had be u covered by for bills of exchange endorsed by plaint ffs to Hay. Plaintiffs also applied that defendant might be restrained by an injunction f o;n granting a lease of the said premises io any other person to the prejudice of the plaint ffs, and that they might be left in undisturbed possession for tho remainder of the tenancy.
