Linnot appearing, had bis bail estreated; James Wallace, 20s, or forty-eight hours’. Obscene Language.— James Smith, arrested in Moray place on a charge of using indecent language within the bearing of persons passing by, was fined 1.2 and costs. Riotous i ’onduot. —Andrew Jasper, charged with conducting himself in a manner ealculated to provoke a breach of the peace, at ('aversham, was fined L 3, or, in default, one month's imprisonment. VAINTENANCB. Thomnt Jackman was charged by Benjamin Britton with disobeying an order of the Court, for the past seventeen weeks, whereby he was a iju-iged to pay 8* per week for each of his two children, inmates of the Industrial School.—.Defendant was told that if he dll not pay the amount, a distress warrant would be issued.
