Friday, October 15. (Before T. A. Hansford, Esj, R.M. Judgment went for the plaintiff with costs in the following c»;e Nottleford v. Mockforu, bßi. Several other cases were adjourned. Sullivan y Carver. —Claim L2O, damages foi alleged unskilful workmanship in the const’notion of an express. After hearing the evidence, his Worship gave judgment for the defendant’ with costs. ’ B.Looe and Co. v, Harvey.—Claim of Ll3 66.1, value of powder short delivered. Ar J. fiadth appeared for the plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given with costs.
