Lawrence, October 2, At the Inquest on the two hoys who were suffocated at the late fire a verdict of accidental death was returned, The funeral j’esterday war, attended by upwards of MO people, and ah business places were close'!. A Chess Club is to be formed hove. Last night a hoy named Geer, while returning from the funeral, waa thrown from his horse and had bis thigh broken. He was removed to the hospital. A man named Samuel Brown, a settler at the Beaumont, had his leg broken yesterday by a (bay passing over it, when some few miles from home. Ho was brought to the hospital last night. A heavy S.W. gale is blowing this morning.
