The schooner Jessie Nieol, with a full cargo of timber, arrived this morning fiom Kaipnra, which port she left on the 20th inst. ! ;The New Zealand Steamship Company's s.s. Phoebe arrived alongside the railway pier from the Northern Ports at 10.15 this morning. She left the Mauukriu at 3.30 p.m.ou the 23rd; arrived at Taianaki at 7 a.m. on tho 2tth ; left again for Nelson at 10 a m., arrived there at 4 a.m. on the 25th ; remained there until 5 a m. on tho 2!>th, and pushod on for Picton, at which port, she arrived at 2 p.m.; after a short stay of one hour steamed on to Wellington, and arrived there at 8 p.m. sanio day ; left again at 4.30 p.m. on the 12th, and arrived at Lyttelton at 0.30 a.m. on the 28th ; and left apiin for Port Chalmers at 3.40 p.m. We thank Mr Uarbor (purser) for report and exchanges.

Auckland, September 28.—The Hero lias arrived from Sydney, which port she left on the 22nd inst. She passed the City of Auckland, ship, from Loudon, oil the Poor Knights.
