Argument re the motion to dissolve the injunction in the matter of tire Heriot Hundreds was concluded and judgment reserved. Wednesday, August 18. The Don Juan Case —This was a petition from Clark and Son that the Governor’s order in Council for the detention of the ship lion Juan be removed. After argument the Court ordered a new survey by uninterested surveyors to be made-before proceeding further. Motion roe Decree.—Mpnsou v.
