Boulton, goods supplied, 15s; Ziele v. Geo. Woodoow, dishonored cheque, L 39 13s 6d ; Agnes Walker v, Edward Nunn, goods supplied, LI 19s 6d. Mackerras and Co. v. W. Edwards.—This was a judgment summons for L 49. After hearing the evidence, his Worsh-p said: I must send this man to prison for twenty-one days, as he has not satisfied the debt of his judgment creditor. S. M. Clark v. J, Hastie,—Claim, L2l 7s 7d, goods supplied. Mr Stout appeared for the plaintiff, for whom judgment was given with costs. Bennie v. Kitcliingham.—This was a judgment summons. Mr Mouat appeared for (he plaintiff, and after hearing the evidence, his Worship said ; This case smells badly. It will be postponed till Wednesday week. Reid and Gray v. Tueksford.—Claim L 23 7a, goods supplied. Mr Denniston appeared for the plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given with costs.
