Minor Offknoes. James Williams, for drunkenness was fined os, with the alternative of twenty-four hours’ imprisonment; Andrew Gillies, for a like offence, 5s or throe days, and for using obscene language, L 5 or six days ; Frederick Austin, for drunkenness, was fined 6s, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, and for conducting himself in a manner calculated to provoke a breach of the peace, 20s or throe days; Henry Lord, for the latter offence, was fined 20s, or forty-eight hours. Damaging Property. —William G. Rodgers, a little fellow about seven years old, pleaded guilty to a charge by W. F. Roberts, of nulling down portion of a dwelling-house in Walker street, to the damage of L2.—The case was adjourned till Saturday to enable Mrs Rodgers to repair the damage done.
