SUICIDE.

In our Saturday’s issue w« published a telegram from Arrowtown, stating that Ah Jin, a Chinaman, had hanged himself near Gardrona, and that a verdict ©f “ Temporary fesanity ” had been returned at the Coroner’a inquest held on the body. We now learn that deceased was a minor, thirty-two years of age, and that he lived in a hut at South Creek, five miles from Gardrona, with two of his countrymen. On Sunday, the 2nd inst., deceased was left in the hut alone, and when one of his mates returned he found deceased hanging to the root of the hut, And immediately out him down. He was then quite dead. The inquest was held next day before Mr Stratford, district coroner.
