The barque Fleur de Maurice sailed with a light S.W. wind this morning for Newcastle. The schooner Mary Ellen arrived, in ballast, from Lyttelton, via Oamaru, at 4 p.m, yesterday. She left Lyttelton on the Bth inst.

The French barque Lynx sailed this morning with a S.W. wind for Newcnstlo.

The barque Southern Cross, with port of oi igiual cargo from Hobart Town, lor Lyttelton, was towed to sea this morning by tbe lug Geelong. The B.s. Wellington arrived from Northern Ports at 3 p.m. to-day. Sheleft Onehunga at 2 p.m. on the 12th, called at Taranaki, Nelson, Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton, which latter port she left at fl»30 p.m. on the 16th. Prom fho Manakau to Nolson had light N.N.W, winds ai f beautiful weather, thence to Wellington thick <* rty S.E. weatherfrom Wellington to Lyttelton fresh S.W. winds until 6 a.m. on the 16th, when it shifted to the N.E., with a heavy sea; from Lyttelton strong N.E. until 8 a.m,, when it shifted to a strong S.W. wind which continued till arrival. ’ SHIPPING TELEGRAM.
