THE CRIMINAL CALENDAR.
The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court, to be held before His Honor the Chief Justice, and commencing on Monday, the 12th inst.:— Henry Pearce, stealing from the person at Dunedin. Robert Gimblett, stealing from the person at Oamaru. John Haggerty, assaulting a constable at Green Island. Sydney John Hodge, larceny at Dunedin wool stores. Robert George Angus, larceny as a bailee at iLakamu. Mary Fleming, larceny at Dunedin (two charges). George Johns, setting fire to a stack at Tokomairiro. Thomas Griffin Green, assault with intent to commit a felony at Port Chalmers. John Waters, manslaughter at the NorthEast Valley. George Johnson, rape at Dunedin (two charges). Margaret Collins, infanticide, at Tokomairiro. # ON BAIL. Ah Toi, stealing from a dwelling at Duncoin. John Harty, assault with intent at Caversham. Tseng Tsi, wounding with intent at Queenstown. Thomas Bissett, manslaughter at Taylor’s Point, Port Chalmers. John Millar, manslaughter at Dunedin.
